Greenwoods & Freehills expands to Melbourne

We are pleased to announce that from 1 May 2005 Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited (G&F) will commence operations as a law firm in Melbourne, practising exclusively in taxation. G&F will be an Incorporated Legal Practice regulated by the Law Society of New South Wales.

Freehills and G&F have enjoyed a close and very successful business association over a number of years. This year marks the 20th anniversary of that association, and since Freehills integrated nationally in 2001 we have explored together the best way to provide tax services going forward.

In future, G&F will provide tax services in Melbourne through an expanded G&F incorporating the Freehills Melbourne tax practice. This model will fully integrate the Melbourne and Sydney practices, and combine the legal and accounting skills of both practices.
