Graham Taylor is a Senior Associate of Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited.

Graham joined the predecessor firm of Greenwoods & Freehills in 1981 after spending several years with the Australian Taxation Office and joined Greenwoods & Freehills in 1985 upon the creation of that firm.

Industry Experience

For 20 years, Graham has been primarily advising major corporations involved in funds management.

He has specialist expertise in relation to life insurance companies, public unit trusts and fringe benefits tax.  He has particular interest in the evaluation of innovative investments and products for the funds management industry.

Professional Background

He holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales. He is a Certified Practising Accountant.
