Current Practice

Tim Kyle is a Director with Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited.  Tim joined Greenwoods & Freehills in July 2005.  His practice focuses on mergers and acquisition and international transactions.

Industry Experience

Tim previously worked in the income tax sections of two major law firms, specialising in corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions.  Since joining Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited, Tim has focussed on financial transactions and international taxation, as well as advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters.  

Professional Background

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Sydney.  He also holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Sydney for which he was awarded the Nancy Gordon Smith prize as the most proficient candidate.  Tim is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
