Rosalind Myint is a Senior Associate of Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited.  She joined the firm in August 2000 after completing her studies.

Industry Experience

Since joining Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited, Rosalind has worked extensively in the banking and finance industry, as well as advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including, listings, offshore debt capital raisings, capital management issues, due diligence reviews, corporate reorganisations, and tax audits. 

 

Some of the transactions that Rosalind has advised on include the acquisition by John Fairfax Limited of Independent Newspapers Limited, the stapling of Westfield entities, St.George Bank in relation to its 2004 and 2006 hybrid securities issues, St.George Bank in relation to its 2006 share buy-back, Commonwealth Bank in relation to its 2006 PERLS III issue, and Rinker Group Limited in relation to its 2006 capital return.

Professional Background

Rosalind holds combined Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
